Led Medgami from inception: 90,000+ clinicians activated across 12 specialties. Built a 75+ member team across content, technology, product, marketing and analytics, working with three systems-integration partners. Collaborated with medical societies, journals and clinical communities, engaged doctors at 100+ conferences annually.

Led TeleConsultation, instant video consults, diagnostics and medicines for a platform serving 300M+ patients annually with 100k+ doctor partners across 20+ countries. Managed procurement and supply chain, and worked across product, analytics, pricing and advertising monetisation to grow the digital commerce business.

Built and successfully exited a B2B marketplace for medicines and healthcare: 175k+ SKUs, 270k+ retailers, 45k+ suppliers and 26k+ pin codes. Following funding, grew the business to become a category leader in B2B deals. Also advised strategic investors on digital transformation, business intelligence, brand marketing and e-commerce strategies.

Progressed from Head of Finance & Projects (August 2009–March 2010) to Head of Business Operations & Sales (April 2010–February 2014), alongside the CEO role (January 2011–February 2014). Built a direct-to-hospital private-label model, expanded nutraceutical businesses across Southeast Asia and secured a supply-chain partnership across 11 Manipal hospital locations. Doubled distribution turnover from ₹5 crore to ₹10 crore per month within six months and automated procurement, sales and collections. Earlier responsibilities included finance, audits, debt funding and international life-sciences partnerships.

Managed equity and mutual-fund investments for privilege and priority banking clients. Earned NSE certifications across equities, derivatives, commodities, depository operations and capital markets, alongside IRDA insurance and FPSB financial-planning certifications.

Rebuilt the company’s oldest branch and brought it into the top five branches within six months. Managed assets under management exceeding ₹2,000 crore for marquee clients and led three sales and business-development teams.
